Slipknot release fan community app "Outside The Nine"
Slipknot fans unite, Iowa's masked villains have released a brand new app, 'Slipknot: Outside The Nine'; a fan community platform that brings you closer to the world of Slipknot.
'Outside The Nine' showcases community contributions from users around the world; fans can publicly post their merch collection (records, t-shirts, action figures etc.), fan art, Slipknot ink, and mask collections to name a few, via the 'Featured' capsules. Fans can get closer to each individual member of the band through their own personal capsules, salivate at Mick Thompson and Jim Roots' gear rundowns on the 'Gear' widget, check out exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and photos, and even share their Iowa (2001) throwback memories via the #TBSK capsule. Users are also given the opportunity to post their feedback on OT9 on this section, and voice any changes they wish to see, or request any shows and setlists they would like to see performed.
The 'Explore' section exhibits fan-created capsules such as 'Slipknot Birthdays', 'Corey Enthusiasts', 'Meet And Greets', guitar covers, and 'Jim Root Fans' and much much more. But the global maggot community is really brought together in the 'Community' section, which features community capsules from all corners of the Earth, including Argentina, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Colombia, Netherlands, UK, USA, Taiwan, Peru - to name just a handful.
'Outside The Nine' is available now on Android and iOS
